Services. 5/17 Mechanical Services, L.L.C. provides Plumbing Repairs, TV Mounting, Junk Removal, Landscaping, Snow Removal and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. 5/17 Mechanical Services, L.L.C. (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, 5/17 Mechanical Services, L.L.C.'s total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify 5/17 Mechanical Services, L.L.C. against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MD, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MD.
Updates. 5/17 Mechanical Services, L.L.C. reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
